Resubmitting the research article 10 times

I lived and breathed the research article this week. Office hours became my second home and I have fallen (physically) not one, not two, but three times at office hours. I have also fallen when working on my research article in the stud. Something about research articles that make me fall...

Saturday, Nov 2nd: I wrote down one sentence. I called that a very production day.
Sunday, Nov 3rd: I stared at my computer screen, not knowing what to do.
Monday, Nov 4th: I stared at my computer screen, not knowing what to do.
Tuesday, Nov 5th:  I stared at my computer screen, not knowing what to do.
Wednesday, Nov 6th: Office hours saved me.
Thursday, Nov 7th: Office hours saved me.
Friday, Nov 8th: Office hours saved me.
Saturday, Nov 9th: Office hours saved me. I embarrassingly fall twice at Noreen's Office hours. While working on the research article with a friend, I lean too far over my chair and somehow end up on the ground,
Sunday, Nov 10th: Office hours saved me. I miss my chair while sitting down.
Sunday night: I read over my article half a million times. Each time I would realize that I had ten billion typos.
Monday morning: I think to myself that I'm just going to read my article over one more time but find 10 typos.
Monday Midday: I think to myself that I'm just going to read my article over one more time but find 10 typos.
Monday Afternoon: I think to myself that I'm just going to read my article over one more time but find 10 typos. I submit the article.
Monday 4-6 pm: I ran to the 20.320 review session.
Monday 6-6:30 pm: I think to myself that I'm just going to read my article over one more time but find 10 typos. I resubmit the article.
Monday 6:30-7 pm: I think to myself that I'm just going to read my article over one more time but find 10 typos. I resubmit the article.
Monday 7:00-7:30 pm: I think to myself that I'm just going to read my article over one more time but find 10 typos. I resubmit the article.
Monday 7-30-8 pm: I think to myself that I'm just going to read my article over one more time but find 10 typos. I resubmit the article.
Monday 8-9 pm: I think to myself that I'm just going to read my article over one more time but find 10 typos. I resubmit the article like 2 more times.
Monday 9-9:30 pm: I think to myself that I'm just going to read my article over one more time but find 10 typos. I resubmit the article like 6 more times.
Monday 9:54 pm: I remember that I made an pointed to the wrong figure in my introduction. I resubmit 6 minutes before the deadline.

Despite falling many times while completing it, the research article was such a great learning experience. I learned how to craft an article in such a coherent organized way. Data analysis taught me how to use data to tell a scientific story. Writing the introduction taught me how to include only the relevant information instead of just writing everything you know. The abstract taught me how to condense and summarize my work for broader implications.

The best part was that I got nice calculations! The good news is that at least none of my calculations were so wrong that they were 9.5*10^20 times the age of the universe.
